A/W Beauty Trends

Make Up and Beauty Trends AW

-Liquid Lipsticks in a Matte formula have been popular, nearly every brand has brought out one of their own.

-Berry coloured lipsticks are normally popular for the wintery months. However this year brands have been using dusty reds in similar shades to colour of falling leaves.

-Highlighting hasn’t died out yet. If anything it’s come back with a force. Brands are starting to sell highlighting palettes.

-Make Up Revolutions are selling a ‘Pro’ range that has cream based highlighters as well as other powder shades.

-Sleek also have a highlighting palette

-Nail colours are seeming to get darker. Berry and Greens are popular in the A/W Illamasqua collection.

-Dewy skin. It was used in nearly every show during fashion week. Brands are starting to sell lower scale products that are like Fix + that give their skin a healthy glow. Sheer foundations.

Products pushing the natural ingredients that they are including

Surge in demand for cruelty free products

Lush's Christmas collection.

Beauty trends this time of years are always interesting. It's like the Oxford Street Christmas lights; you know there is going to be something good you're just unsure of what it is going to be.
